  • We currently ship orders across India.

  • Delivery may not be available in restricted or remote areas as per courier limitations.

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Partners

  • We use Shiprocket and its courier network for safe and reliable delivery.

  • Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor their shipment status.

4. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take longer.

  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

7. Undeliverable Orders

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability of the recipient, we may reship the order after charging additional shipping fees.
