1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be:
Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
In the same condition as you received it.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or receipt).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
Opened or partially used chemicals.
Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
Products purchased on clearance, discounts, or special offers (unless defective).
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You will be required to share images or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely.
