Follihair RCP is a high-potency, trichological hair growth serum manufactured by Cipla Limited. It is specifically engineered to target the biological pathways of hair thinning and non-scarring alopecia. The “RCP” designation stands for its core trio of patented actives: Redensyl, Capixyl, and Procapil. This multi-targeted approach addresses the follicular environment by inhibiting DHT (dihydrotestosterone), improving scalp micro-circulation, and reactivating dormant hair follicle stem cells. The serum is a lightweight, non-greasy, and water-based formulation designed for daily topical application without disrupting hair aesthetics.

Pharmacological Composition (Key Ingredients)

Redensyl (3%): Acts as a “hair galvanizer” by targeting the Outer Root Sheath (ORS) stem cells. It initiates a new hair cycle and increases the ratio of Anagen (growth) to Telogen (shedding) hair.

Capixyl: A synergistic blend of a biomimetic peptide and Red Clover extract. It reduces the inflammation that leads to follicle miniaturization and inhibits the enzyme 5-alpha reductase (the primary cause of hormonal hair loss).

Dermatological Application (How to Use)

Massage: Use your fingertips to gently massage the serum into the scalp in circular motions for 2 to 3 minutes. This promotes absorption and stimulates local blood flow.

Dwell Time: Do not wash or rinse the hair for at least 4 hours after application.
